BAMYAN CITY (Pajhwok): A motorcyclist has died after going off the road in Sighan district of central Bamyan province, an official said on Wednesday.
Police spokesman Mohammad Khwani Rasa told Pajhwok Afghan News the accident took place in Nawabad area of the district after a motorcycle veered of the road and crashed with a wall on Tuesday afternoon.
He said the accident resulted in killing of the motorcyclist and injuring another one. The injured person was evacuated to hospital.
He blamed the accident on high speed and recklessness driving.
