CHARIKAR (Pajhwok): Police in central Parwan province have recovered a body, explosives from a scrap store and arrested two persons with some drugs in their possession, according to a statement on Tuesday.
A 30-year-old man body had been recovered from the third Police District of Charikar, the provincial capital, Dolana area.
The body which could not be identified had been sent to the Civil Hospital.
Separately, Police in the first Police District recovered some explosive from scrap storage.
In addition, two magnetic mines, two rocket and as many landmines also recovered in the Syedkhel district, the statement said.
The statement said police have recovered two drug supplies and recovered 70 kilograms heroin, 370 grams hasish, 56 tablets and 26,000 afs.
The detainees hailed from Chahrikar and Syedkhel districts.
