Passport distribution process set to resumes

KABUL (Pajhwok): The passport distribution process across the country will resume via offline forms on Wednesday, an official of the department has announced.

Abdul Karim Haseeb, director of the General Directorate of Passport, said in a video on X: “The distribution would restart on Wednesday, and we have a plan for offline forms.”

He said the offline form registration was aimed to facilitate the people in urgent need of passports but their turn would not come soon.

The Passport Department would collect applications offline and give stickers for one or two weeks. The applicant would refer to the department on the basis of those stickers, he added.
