SHEBERGHAN (Pajhwok): Secondhand clothes shopkeepers in northern Jawzjan province have said their business improved during winter season.
Traditionally, secondhand clothes have its own interested consumers, according to some residents of Sheberghan, the provincial capital, secondhand clothes comparing to firsthand clothes have reasonable rates besides good quality.
