PUL-I-ALAM (Pajhwok): A man, who allegedly shot dead six members of his family in Khoshi district of central Logar province, has been arrested, an official said on Saturday.
Police spokesman Ahmadullah Anas told Pajhwok Afghan News Safdar Ali gunned down his wife, son, uncle and three cousins in Bala Deh area of the district on Friday.
He saw domestic violence as motive behind the incident and added the killer has been arrested by security forces.
On the other hand, Logar governor’s house in a statement expressed grief over the incident.
It said the incident occurred due to domestic violence and security forces were investigating the incident.
