KABUL (Pajhwok): Acting Minister of Information and Culture Mullah Khairullah Khairkhwa says all problems can be addressed through dialogue and understanding.
He made the remarks during a meeting with Norwegian Chargé d’Affaires to Afghanistan Paul Klaumann Bakken at his office on Tuesday, the Ministry of Information and Culture (MoIC) wrote on its X handle.
Khairkhwa commented every post-conflict country had to deal with problems, but gradually overcame challenges.
The Norwegian diplomat spoke about the caretaker government’s efforts to restore security, combat drugs and corruption, manage the financial and banking sector and initiate development projects.
Separately, Minister of Public Health Dr. Qalandar Ebad also met the Norwegian ambassador to Afghanistan.
The two sides discussed cooperation in the health sector and expansion of bilateral relations, the Ministry of Public Health (MoPH) wrote on its X handle.
Earlier, Ebad and the United Nations Population Fund (UNPFA) representative discussed standardisation of health facilities, strengthening of mobile health teams and greater coordination.
