7 of a family killed as rock smashes through house in Ghor

FEROZKOH (Pajhwok): Seven members of a family were killed as a huge rock smashed into their home in Charsada district of western Ghor province, an official said on Wednesday.

Governor’s spokesman Maulvi Abdul Wahid Hamas told Pajhwok Afghan News the rock rolled down a mountain and hit the house in Khornj area last night, killing seven members of the family.

A delegation has left for Charsada district to investigate the incident.
