Eid celebrated nationwide in peace, security: Qanai

KABUL (Pajhwok): Three days of Eid-ul-Fitr celebrated country-wide in peace and security with public cooperation, an official said on Friday.

Mufti Abdul Matin Qanai, spokesperson of the Ministry of Interior (MoI), on his Twitter handle, wrote during the Eid holidays security forces with public cooperation ensured nationwide foolproof security.

He wrote: “Besides thanking the public for good cooperation we assured them that their security forces will strive for nationwide peace, stability and security.”

He thanked security forces for their efforts and hoped for durable peace and stability nationwide.
