NEILI (Pajwhok): Traffic police in this capital city of central Daikundi province have started impounding motorcycles used for one-wheeling and other disruptive activities following people’s complaints, an official said on Wednesday.
Police spokesman Ghulam Ali Jawed told Pajhwok Afghan News 20 motorcycles that violated t traffic rules had been impounded during the past week in Neili city.
He said some youths were engaged in one-wheeling and had removed silencers to make loud noise.
“This is harassment, people always complain about this and demand action,” Jawed explained.
According to him, the plan would be implemented in the city and districts of the province to maintain peace and uninterrupted flow of traffic.
