GHAZNI (Pajhwok): Security forces have freed a woman locked up in a dark bathroom for ten years by her relatives in southern Ghazni province, officials said on Wednesday.
Information and Culture director Maulvi Mansoor Afghan told Pajhwok Afghan News that the 36-year-old victim Shamsia had been imprisoned in Andar district for the past 10 years.
Shamsia was incarcerated in a dark bathroom of a house for ten years by her uncle and cousins in Nazarwalo village, Afghan said.
