Sar-i-Pul man kills, injures 3 relatives

SAR-I-PUL CITY (Pajhwok): A man in northern Sar-i-Pul province has killed his sister-in-law’s husband and injured his cousins due to a family dispute, an official said on Wednesday.

Police Spokesperson Naqibullah Alamyar told Pajhwok Afghan News on Tuesday night a man killed and injured three of his relatives.

“The incident happened in the Qazal Qoum village after a man found out about the illicit relationships between his wife and his sister-in-law’s husband who he stabbed to death and injured his cousins who came to mediate in the dispute.”

The murderer had been arrested by police and his case would be referred to judicial organs after the completion of initial investigation.
