Turkish surgeons in Kabul, to perform pediatric urology surgeries

KABUL (Pajhwok): A team of Turkish surgeons has arrived in Kabul to perform sophisticated pediatric urology surgeries with Afghan colleagues, officials said on Thursday.

The Ministry of Public Health (MoPH) on Thursday wrote on its X page the Turkish team will perform free operations on children with complicated urology problems.

Simultaneously, the Turkish surgeons will train Afghan surgeons, MoPH added.

The ministry, however, did not provide more details.
