5 killed, 1 injured in traffic accident on Kabul-Jalalabad highway

KABUL (Pajhwok): Five people have been killed and one injured as a result of a traffic accident on the Kabul-Jalalabad highway.

Police spokesman Khalid Zadran told Pajhwok Afghan News that the accident took place when a corolla type vehicle collided with a mountain rock in Surobi district on Wednesday.

He said five people were killed, and a sixth injured in this collision. The injured was evacuated to Kabul for medical treatment.
