PUL-I-ALAM (Pajhwok): Two children drowned in river and died in central Logar province separately, police said on Saturday.
Police spokesman Ahmadullah Anas told Pajhwok Afghan News police found the body of a child in Kajaki area of Pul-i-Alam district one week after he drowned in Hesarak district.
Separately, a 10-year-old child drowned in river and was presumed dead in Kulangar area of Pul-i-Alam city on Saturday.
Anas said police were trying to fish out the child’s body. He asked people to avoid bathing in the river due heavy rains and flash . . .
