Khost-Paktia highway reopened for traffic

KHOST CITY (Pajhwok): The highway of southeastern Khost-Paktia was reopened for traffic on Saturday, says the Public Works Department.

The highway was closed due to landslides in Dowmanda district on Friday evening.

Public Works Director Ahmadullah Ahmadi told Pajhwok Afghan News the one side of the highway was reopened and work was underway to clear the remaining part.
