KABUL (Pajhwok): Ex-Afghan taekwondo player Syed Hassan Rezay has been appointed as head coach of Nepal’s team.
The Afghanistan Taekwondo Federation (ATF) announced the Rezay’s appointment as Nepal’s head coach on its Facebook page.
ATF leadership congratulated Rezay’s family and countrymen on the athlete’s achievement.
Meanwhile, Afghanistan head coach Bashir Taraki wrote on his Facebook account that Rezay had won several medals for Afghanistan in international competitions.
Earlier, Afghan taekwondo player Rohullah Nikpai had been named as coach of New Zealand’s national taekwondo squad.
