Market, underground routes construction in Jalalabad City approved

KABUL (Pajhwok): The Inter-Ministerial Investment Committee has approved the plan for the construction of a commercial market and underground routes in Jalalabad City’s Bazazai Chowk, a statement said on Wednesday.

The Deputy PM’s Economic Affairs Secretariat on its x.com wrote that in the meeting of the Inter-Ministerial Investment Committee which was held on Tuesday in the Marmarina Palace, a number of projects presented by the private sector were discussed.

In the meeting, plans for the electricity supply to the Mori Chaq village of Bala Murghab district in Badghis province, the construction of a commercial market and underground routes in Jalalabad City and the construction of an entertainment complex in Herat City were presented.

After multi-dimensional discussion plans for the construction of underground routes and a commercial market in Jalalabad City’s Bazazi Chowk were approved.
