Avoid firework, celebratory gunfire during Eid: Police

KABUL (Pajhwok): Kabul police have assured the public about the security during the Eid Al Adha days in the capital city of Kabul and urged them to avoid firework, celebratory gunfire and toy guns during Eid.

In statement police said: “Police and security forces are at the service and safety of the people, they assure the people of the full cherished times during the Eid celebratory days.”

“As the Eid days are full of celebrations and joyfulness, love and reconciliations so all of the people must avoid joyful-air-shooting, fireworks, use of firecrackers, purchasing and carrying toy guns and activities that make other people worried.” The statement added.

The police and security forces warned those who violate these rules will face legal consequences.
