PUL-I-KHUMRI (Pajhwok): Four security forces, including the district police chief, have been killed as a result of a traffic accident in northern Baghlan province, police official said on Sunday.
Qari Nazeerullah Abidi, director of the traffic department, told Pajhwok Afghan News the traffic accident took place in the old city area of Baghlan-i-Markazi district on Saturday night.
He said Mullah Akhtar Mohammad Baryalay, the police chief of Baghlan-i-Markazi, who was patrolling along with his three security personnel in his car, faced a mishap.
According to Abidi, Baryalay and the three security forces lost their lives in the accident.
