Jalali, Chinese envoy talk investment in health sector

KABUL (Pajhwok): Acting Minister of Public Health Maulvi Noor Jalal Jalali and Chinese Ambassador Zhao Xing have discussed various issues, including the Beijing’s investment in and support for health centres.

At a meeting here on Tuesday; the two sides also conferred on building the capacity of Afghan doctors and preventing infectious diseases, the Ministry of Public Health (MoPH) wrote on its X handle.

The acting minister called Afghanistan-China relations essential and emphasised on all-round bilateral cooperation in the health sector.
