KABUL (Pajhwok): At least seven bodies were pulled out from the rubble of a collapsed six-storey building in India’s Gujrat state, a media report said on Sunday.
Hindustan Times reported another 15 people sustained injuries as the building collapsed in Sachin Pali village of Surat city following several days of incessant rains.
Police chief Rajesh Parmer said they were trying to pull out bodies from under the rubble. Most of the stuck people were workers in the textile industry.
A stampede in a religious ceremony in Uttar Pradesh state of India killed 105 people and injured 84 others on Tuesday.
