KABUL (Pajhwok): Refraining from smoking and consuming less high-calorie and processed foods and using more fruits and vegetables decrease the cancer risk, the World Health Organization (WHO) said on Wednesday.
The World Health Organization published a message titled “How can you reduce the risk of getting cancer?” on its Facebook page.
The message reads:: “Avoid using cigarettes and tobacco, reduce the consumption of high-calorie and processed foods, eat more fruits and vegetables, do physical activities regularly…Complete the recommended vaccinations, maintain your weight.”
