HERAT CITY (Pajhwok): Security Forces have prevented the smuggling of more than 280 sheep to Iran in western Herat province, officials said on Sunday.
In a statement, the 207th Al-Farooq Army Corps said the security forces prevented the smuggling of 288 sheep to neighbouring Iran through Islam Qala port.
It said two individuals had been detained in connection with the smuggling.
