TIKA pledges urban development cooperation to Kabul Municipality

KABUL (Pajhwok): Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency (TIKA) has pledges support to Kabul Municipality in the designing of flyovers and urban development expansion programmes.

The commitment was made by TIKA Deputy Head Fazel Akin Erdoğan during a meeting with Dr. Sadruddin Tajik, deputy head of the Kabul Municipality Urban Development, wrote the Municipality on its x.com.

To further strengthen the ties between Kabul and Ankara, it is necessary for both sides to further empower their bilateral relations, Tajik said.

He expressed hope that TIKA would help the Kabul municipality with the designing flyovers.

The head of TIKA also talked about the lengthy friendship between the two countries and added that TIKA would help the municipality with designing bridges and providing urban facilities.
