15 children with heart defects referred to Kabul hospitals: ARCS

KABUL (Pajhwok): The Afghan Red Crescent Society (ARCS) has referred 15 children with congenital heart defects (CHDs) for treatment to four Kabul hospitals.

ARCS wrote on its X handle the cost of the children’s treatment would be paid by Qatar’s Red Crescent Society and technical cooperation of ARCS.

The organisation has previously sent children with CHDs to Germany for treatment.
