Rashid Khan achieves historic 600 T20 wickets milestone 

KABUL (Pajhwok): Veteran leggie and Afghanistan T20 skipper Rashid Khan has completed taking 600 wickets in T20 cricket, trailing only Dwayne Bravo.

Rashid Khan became the second player to claim 600 wickets in T20 crick and achieved this milestone during the 2024 The Hundred men's competition match, where he took two wickets for Trent Rockets against Manchester Originals.

“Congratulations to our cricketing ace, Rashid Khan, for completing 600 wickets in T20 cricket! He has become only the 2nd bowler in history to achieve this milestone,” the Afghanistan Cricket Board (ACB) wrote on its Facebook page.

Rashid has played 441 T20 matches so far and has grabbed 600 wickets.

West Indies seamer Dwayne Bravo has 630 wickets as of now to his name.
