KABUL (Pajhwok): The Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan (IEA) has appointment two deputy ministers, three directors, as many police chiefs and a deputy governor for northern Baghlan province, an official said on Saturday.
IEA spokesman Zabihullah Mujahid on his x.com wrote the appointments had been made in compliance with an order from the IEA Supreme Leader Shaikh Hebatullah Akhundzada.
Mujahid said, Mullah Mohammad Hanif Hamza who previously served as director Da Afghan Breshna Sherkat (DABS) was appointed as the deputy Information Technology minister, Maulvi Hussamuddin Sabiri who acted as head of the Reforms and Emirates’ Administration authority has been appointed as deputy of the Ministry of Mines and Petroleum (MoMP), commander of 205 Al Badr corps has been appointed as Helmand police chief, Mullah Mohammad Humayoun Jihadyar appointed as Baghlan deputy governor and the former police chief of Helmand was appointed the commander of 205 Al Badr corps.
Ex-deputy of Baghlan Mullah Ahmadullah Mubarak was appointed as the commander of 221 Shaheed Aftab division, deputy of the Administrative Office of the President (AOP) Qari Abdul Wali Seddiqi was appointed as the head of Ariana Afghan Airline, deputy of the Ministry of Water and Power (MoWP) Maulvi Hamdullah Zahid was appointed DABS director and Afghanistan Railway Authority (ARA) head Mohammad Naeem Agha was appointed as adviser of Nangarhar Emirate Company, Mujahid added.
