1 killed, 4 injured in Samangan collision

AIBAK (Pajhwok): One person was killed and four others were injured in a traffic accident on the Samangan-Balkh highway in northern Samangan province on Sunday.

Samangan traffic manager Qari Muhammad Nazeer Saad told Pajhwok the accident took place at 8am this morning.

A Saracha car en route to Samangan from Balkh collided with a Corolla car on the Samangan-Balkh highway, leaving one person dead and four other people, including children, injured.

Saad blamed the mishap on reckless driving.
