China pledges investment in Afghanistan

KABUL (Pajhwok): Chinese Deputy Ambassador to Afghanistan Bao Zhuhui has pledged to encourage Chinese businessmen to invest in Afghanistan and continue to support the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan (IEA) on the international stage, a statement said on Tuesday.

The pledges were made by deputy Chinese ambassador during a meeting with acting Deputy Foreign Minister Sher Mohammad Abbas Stanikzai, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on its twitter handle wrote.

Both sides have discussed bilateral political, economic and cultural relationship as well as latest regional development.

The Chinese envoy pledge investment in Afghanistan by Chinese businessmen and Beijing’s continued support from the IEA at international stages.
