Afghanistan outplay New Zealand in CFC encounter

KABUL (Pajhwok): Afghanistan trounced New Zealand 5-1 in their third match at the Continental Futsal Championship (CFC) in Thailand.

The match was played at the Nonthaburi Provincial Stadium today (Wednesday).

The tournament, hosted by Thailand, features teams from Afghanistan, Thailand, Guatemala, Kuwait and New Zealand.

In their previous matches, Afghanistan defeated Guatemala in their opening game, but lost to Kuwait in their second match.
