KABUL (Pajhwok): The Afghan ambassador to Malaysia has held discussions with Malaysian officials on enhancing bilateral relations and boosting diplomatic and political interaction.
In a post on its X handle, the Afghan embassy in Kuala Lumpur wrote Ambassador Naqibullah Ahmadi met Dato Ahmad Azam, Malaysia’s special representative for Afghanistan.
During the meeting, they explored ways to strengthen ties, improve diplomatic engagement and expand Malaysia’s political presence in Kabul.
Azam also conveyed the Malaysian prime minister’s interest in Afghanistan and expressed hope his administration officials would visit Kabul in the near future.
