National bodybuilding team to take part in WBC

KABUL (Pajhwok): The national bodybuilding and fitness team is scheduled to participate in the 15th edition of World Bodybuilding Championship in the Maldives.

The Afghanistan Bodybuilding and Fitness Federation (AFBBF) wrote on its Facebook page that 9 athletes would participate in the 15th edition.

The Afghan athletes include Alireza Asahi, Mohammad Ayub Azmi, Naib Mubarez, Hamid Omari, Nasibullah Azimi, Mahdi Aslami, Hailam Sharifi, Hamid Khushdal and Izzatullah Barakzai.

These players will participate in the competitions at their own expense.

The World Bodybuilding Championship is scheduled to take place from November 5th to 11th in the Maldives.
