Weapons, ammunition seized in Paktika, says MoD

KABUL (Pajhwok): A number of weapons and ammunition have been seized in southeastern Paktika province, the Ministry of Defence (MoD) said on Sunday.

In a statement, MoD said the 203rd Mansouri Corps recovered the weapons and ammunition in the Mando Saadat village of Orgun district.

The arms and ammunition seized included three Kalashnikovs, one  Russian machine gun, a rocket, six walkie-talkies, seven grenades, 11 fuses, a jammer and ammunition.
