Teenage boy commits suicide in Badakhshan

FAIZABAD (Pajhwok): A teenage boy has allegedly committed suicide in northeastern Badakhshan province, an official said on Sunday.

Police spokesman Ehsanullah Kamgar said a 13-year-old boy committed suicide in Yabab Kalan village of Shohada district on Saturday (evening).

He attributed the extreme step to domestic violence and family problems.

Criminal crimes department have launched an investigation into the incident, the police spokesman explained.
