PUL-I-ALAM (Pajhwok): Four people, including women, have been killed and three others injured as a result of traffic accident in central Logar province, an official said on Tuesday.
Public Health Director Hafiz Sayed Rahman Qaderi told Pajhwok Afghan News that the accident occurred on Monday night when two Saracha-type vehicles collided in the Habib Qala area along the Kabul-Logar highway.
He said four bodies and three injured individuals were transported to the hospital from the accident scene. Among the deceased were two women, a child, and a man.
According to Qaderi, some of the injured were in critical condition and have been transferred to Kabul for better treatment.
He attributed the accident to reckless driving.
