Acting public health minister leaves for Jeddah

KABUL (Pajhwok): Acting Public Health Minister Noor Jalal Jalali has left for Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, to participate in a conference on Antimicrobial Resistance.

The kingdom is hosting the 4th Global High-Level Ministerial Conference on Antimicrobial Resistance from 15 – 16 November in Jeddah.

The Ministry of Public Health wrote on X today (Friday) Noor Jalal Jalali had left the country for Saudi Arabia to participate in the conference.

The conference will discuss how to reduce resistance to the use of antimicrobial drugs, their effective use and overcoming this problem.

The Ministry of Public Health is trying to provide standard, effective and fair health services to all citizens of the country.

Therefore, it has expedited efforts to standardize health services at the global level along with scientific researches and theories.
