KABUL (Pajhwok): The National Statistics and Information Authority (NSIA) says the volume of commercial goods’ exports and imports increased last month compared to the previous month.
NSIA wrote on Facebook page Afghanistan exported commercial goods worth $234.9 million and imported goods worth $1,140.9 million last month (Mizan).
It said the exports valued $173.9 million and the imports reached $61 million during the previous month (Sunbula).
The figures indicate the total value of imports $954.1 million dollars last month, but it increased by $186.8 million.
Most of the exports were made to Pakistan, India, and the United Arab Emirates (UAE), and most of the imports arrived from Iran, Pakistan, and China.
