Attack on Israel definite, inevitable: Araqchi

KABUL (Pajhwok): Iran’s Foreign Minister Sayed Abbas Araqchi has said his country will respond to Israel’s attack in compliance with international law and this decision was definite and inevitable.

“An attack on Israel is inevitable and certain, but under what conditions, when and how all depend on the appropriate conditions that must be in place for this response to be carried out,” Arachi said during an interview Aliyad news agency.

“Of course, we will act intelligently, because we will neither delay nor rush the operation, and Operation True Promise 3 will be carried out as promised by the Islamic Republic of Iran,” he said.

“As we have stated, our position is firm and clear: the moment the Zionist regime attacks our nuclear facilities, we will respond. I do not think that this regime would take such a crazy action by attacking nuclear facilities, because it knows very well what our response will be.”
