Afghan, Pakistani officials discuss commuters’ problems in Torkham

KABUL (Pajhwok): Afghan and Pakistani border officials in Torkham have held a meeting to discuss issues related to public movement and its resolution, the Minister of Refugees and Repatriation (MoRR) said on Saturday.

Torkham Cammissar Mawlavi Hikmat has asked his Pakistani counterpart to pay more attention to the problems faced by patients, the ministry wrote on its x.com.

Jamal Gohar, deputy head of the Refugees and Repatriation Department during the meeting raised the issues of refugees’ rights and stressed mutual respect and good neighboring relations for the progress on both sides.
