Afghanistan-Zimbabwe ODI series begins today

KABUL (Pajhwok): Afghanistan and Zimbabwe are all set to square off in the opener of their three-match One-Day International (ODI) series at the Harare Sports Club today.

The match would commence at 12:00 noon local time, the Afghanistan Cricket Board (ACB) wrote on its Facebook page.

The second ODI is scheduled for December 19, while the third and final match will take place on December 21.

Earlier, the national squad had won the T20 series against the hosts by 2-1.

The ODI series will be followed by a two-match Test series. The first Test is slated for December 26-30 at Queens Sports Club in Bulawayo, while the second match will be played from January 2 to 6 at the same venue.
