Meeting discusses dysfunctional cold storage facilities

KABUL (Pajhwok): The Ministry of Industry and Commerce says it held a meeting to discuss fully activating dysfunctional cold storage facilities in 12 provinces of the country.

In a statement, the ministry said Acting Minister of Industry and Commerce Nooruddin Azizi chaired the meeting which was attended by deputy ministers of the ministries of mines and petroleum, agriculture and representatives of Emirati companies and the Investment Facilitation Department.

The meeting discussed the activation of dysfunctional cold storage facilities, especially 14 cold storage facilities in 12 provinces of the country.

However, the statement did not provide further details.
