FEROZKOH (Pajhwok): The Hindu Kush Eagles team has climbed the 3,350-meter peak of the Siah Koh mountain in western Ghor province.
Head of Hindu Kush Eagles mountaineering team Jan Mohammad Haidari told Pajhwok Afghan News the sports program was launched to support the displaced people of the province.
He said the mountaineering program began in coordination with the sports department and the Ghor Mountaineering Federation to support the province’s refugees living in cold weather.
“The Hindu Kush Eagles climbing team climbed the 3,350-meter peak of Siah Koh mountain in southern of Ferozkoh city”: Haidari added.
According to him, the athletes urged national and international aid organizations to address the situation of the people, especially those displaced.
