Kunar mother gives birth to quadruplets

ASADABAD (Pajhwok): A woman in eastern Kunar province has given birth to quadruplets, while the father of new born babies complained against economic hardship and sought assistance, an official said on Sunday.

The birth procedure of the children was conducted through an operational procedure, at caesarian department of the hospital, officials added.

Dr. Maula Dad, a physician of the provincial hospital in Asadabad told Pajhwok Afghan News a mother has given birth to quadruplet through operation procedure at the caesarian department of the hospital.

Maula Dad said: “A mother in Kunar province has given birth to four children through a successful operation procedure at the caesarian department of the hospital.”

The doctor described the health condition of the mother and her children satisfactory.

Ziaurrahman, the father new born babies was happy about the birth of new born babies and successful operation of his wife but added, the number of his children reached to 17. He called on the government and wealthy people to help him.
