GARDEZ (Pajhwok): Security forces in the Dand-i-Patan district of southeastern Paktia province have seized 3,400 Tablin tablets, a statement said on Sunday.
Tablin tablets seized in Sita area of Dand-i-Patan district based on an intelligence report on Saturday, Paktia Police said in a statement.
The tablets were brought from Pakistan and were being transported to other provinces of the country. Three individuals were arrested on charge of smuggling.
Also, a man was detained 56 tablets in Chamkani district, the report added.
According to the statement, the cases of detained individuals would be handed over to the judicial organs after initial investigations.
