Eshtarli residents remunerate school building construction

NEILI (Pajhwok): A school building in the Estarli district of central Daikundi province has been built at the personal cost --- 5.4 million afs --- of local residents and put into operation, an official said on Sunday.

Syed Ghazanfar Kazimi, the Governor’s spokesman said the construction of Jangan Kalan High School has been completed in Jangan area of Eshtarli district. The school building was funded by local people worth 5.4 million afs.

This standard school building has 11 classrooms, an office room and a dormitory room, which will be used in the upcoming academic year, he added.

Previously, the students of Jangan Kalan School studied outdoors, but with the construction of this building, a suitable learning space was provided for them, Kazimi explained.
