KABUL (Pajhwok): Ahead of the ICC Champions Trophy 2025, Afghanistan will take on Pakistan Shaheens in their first warm-up match at Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore today (Friday).
Led by Hashmatullah Shahidi, Afghanistan will play their only practice match before facing South Africa in their Group B fixture during the league stage of the ICC Champions Trophy.
Shadab Khan will captain the Shaheens in the warm-up match against Afghanistan in Lahore. The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has announced three separate squads for the Shaheens for the upcoming matches.
