2 people killed, 4 injured in Faryab traffic accidents

MAIMANA (Pajhwok): Two people were killed and four others injured in two separate traffic accidents in northwestern Faryab province, an official said on Tuesday.

Police Spokesperson Mawlavi Abdullah Muradi, told Pajhwok Afghan News a 70-year-old woman was killed and two men 35 and 55 years old were injured when two speedy vehicles collided in the Arab Aqsai area of Pashtunkot district this morning.

Elsewhere, a young man was killed and two other young people injured in a traffic accident in the Andkhoi district due to motorcycle and a truck collision.

Andkhoi Hospital Head Dr. Sanjar Umari said a body and two injured people were shifted to the hospital, adding the condition of injured was unstable.
