JALALABAD (Pajhwok): Ministry of Justice (MoJ) officials have closed nine car showrooms in eastern Nangarhar Province over violations of rules and wrongdoings.
In a statement, the governor office said after studying the procedures of car showrooms, MoJ officials closed nine showroom for violations in Nangarhar province.
The officials evaluated documents of 11 showrooms in the third district of the provincial capital Jalalabad city and shut the gates of some showrooms for lacking official documents and transparency in procedures, the statement added.
The result of the evaluation process indicated that nine of the 11 showrooms of the cars operated without proper business and legal documents.
MoJ officials said their efforts to prevent corruption and other wrongdoing will continue.
