10 people arrested in Bamyan on illegal hunting charges  

BAMYAN CITY (Pajhwok): Ten people have been arrested in the Kahmard district of central Bamyan province on charges of illegal bird hunting, an official said on Saturday.

Police Spokesperson Mohammad Khawani Rasa told Pajhwok Afghan News Security personnel in the Kahmard district of the province have arrested ten people on charges of illegal bird hunting from different areas of the district.

According to him, security forces arrested the suspects today (Saturday, March 24) while hunting birds and recovered 10 rounds of ammunition and one round of airsoft gun from them.

He added that the arrested individuals are under the supervision of the Kahmard district police headquarters for further investigation.
