9 wounded in Ghazni, Maidan Wardak accidents

GHAZNI CITY/ MAIDAN SHAHR (Pajhwok): Nine people have been injured as a result of traffic accidents in southern Ghazni and central Maidan Wardak provinces, officials said on Tuesday.

Ghazni police spokesman Abu Khalid Sarhadi told Pajhwok Afghan News four people were injured in a collision between three vehicles in 4^th police district of Ghazni City today.

Separately, Maidan Wardak police headquarter in a statement said a vehicle veered off the road and overturned in Haidar Khel area of Syedabad district, leaving five wounded.

Blaming the accident on reckless driving, the police said the injured were evacuated to hospital for treatment.
